Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. Hearthly currently ships only within the United States. Leave your email in the notice at the bottom of the site and we will tell you when we ship to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and arrive in about 3-7 business days.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on orders of $75 or more. Otherwise it is $5.99.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. See our Return Policy.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us within 14 days with photos and your order number and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order early. We recommend placing holiday orders by mid-December to allow for processing and shipping.
