Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us at iagx745@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund.

How to start a return

Email iagx745@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Do not send items back before we confirm the return.

Return shipping

For returns that are not due to our error, the customer pays the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-returnable items

Opened consumables and items damaged through misuse cannot be returned.
