Shipping Policy

Hearthly ships to customers in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). During peak periods such as Black Friday and the holiday season, processing may take longer.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes about 3-7 business days after your order ships. Large items may take longer.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on orders of $75 or more. A flat rate of $5.99 applies to orders under $75.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update.

Multiple items

Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Address errors

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
